Grey and yellow, this mix of colours is the latest in the Punching Pattern series of Baby-G watches.

The Casio BA-110PP watches were created with a goal in mind: to help athletes keep cool while playing sports. This is achieved by making a mesh-like pattern of holes, that runs throughout the band.

In creating the watch, Casio decided to model it after the GA-110 series. The watch is an ana/digi combo, with the digital screen split into two, at the top and bottom of the analogue display. Doing so makes it easier to read the time, even when the hands are on the digital display.

The analogue part has bright yellow hands and white markers. Combined with the grey body, it draws your attention to the analogue time, in case you have a hard time reading it.

Casio promises protection for its watches, and the BA-110PP series delivers, with shock resistance, 100m water resistance as well as having a resin band and mineral glass display to ensure it doesn’t get scratched.
