The watch is completely black with a blue tint on the bezel. Each function is clearly labelled on the bezel, right above the corresponding button. Inside the display you'll find an analogue tide meter at the bottom, as well as a graphical moon phase indicator, which is extremely useful when getting ready for the tide coming in. On the left there's a mode indicator, with the arrow showing exactly what mode you're using.
When you've got an analogue/digital watch, sometimes it gets hard to read the digital time (especially when the arrows are big and block the screen. Casio solved this issue by giving the watch a Smart Movement feature. This means that pressing the button makes the arrows move out of the way, and then they'll go back exactly where they need to be.
