One of the reasons for the watch’s usefulness is the digital compass. Not only is it easy to carry around with you, but it has a bearing memory. This means it remembers which way you were heading, so if you feel lost, or just want to make sure you’re going in the right direction, this’ll tell you if you strayed off your path.
