The tides and the moon go hand in hand, so Casio included a moon graph indicator. It can tell you the phases of the moon not just for the day you access it, but for future days as well, and you'll be able to see on the tide graphs how that could affect your plans and adjust accordingly.

Obviously since this is made for the water, the watch is water resistant up to 200m. This means you won't have to take it off when competing.
